How to Download YouTube Videos With VLC

How to Download YouTube Videos With VLC – I once wrote an article on How to Download YouTube Videos to MP3. Maybe some of you are asking, how to download videos on YouTube completely? I mean, download the video. Not into MP3 or just the sound.

Easy, just use VLC. You can use VLC not only to watch videos but also to download videos from YouTube. So, you can download your favorite YouTube videos anytime without the need for an internet connection

First, make sure that you are using the latest version of VLC. If you are still unsure about the VLC version you are using, first download VLC here to get the latest version.

Open YouTube, then find the video you want to download. Then, copy the URL of the YouTube video you selected.

If so, open VLC Media Player. Then click Media > Open Network Stream. Then paste the YouTube video URL into the column provided by VLC.

Then click Play. Then VLC will play the YouTube video. While the video is playing, click Tools > Codecs Information. At the bottom, you will see the Locations column. Copy the address listed in the column.

Then open the browser and paste the address that you copied from VLC. Then the browser will display the same video. At the bottom of the video, you will see a download button with an arrow facing down. Click the button.

Wait until the download process is complete. The longer the video duration, the larger the video size will be. The higher the video resolution, the longer the download process will take.
