Meet the nutritional needs of children by adopting a healthy diet. Give your child a variety of nutritious foods, especially foods rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, such as calcium and iron. These nutrients can be obtained, among others, from fish, meat, nuts, and vegetables and fruit. Children can also be given additional vitamin supplements, if deemed necessary.

2. Give milk

In addition to nutritious food, add milk to your child’s daily menu. Choose milk that contains essential nutrients for growth, namely protein (amino acids), fat, calcium, magnesium, zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin D.

A good supplementary dairy product is one that contains quality protein, for example with essential amino acids obtained from cow’s milk protein sources, whey protein, and soy (soy) protein. These various nutrients are needed in the growth process of children, as well as to maintain bone health. To increase children’s tastes, now some dairy products are enriched with various flavors, such as vanilla, chocolate, and honey.

3. Make sure your child is getting enough sleep and exercising regularly

Applying a good sleep pattern in children and getting them used to exercising regularly can make their body grow optimally, because adequate sleep and exercise will increase the production of growth hormone.

There are several types of exercise that are considered effective for heightening, although they have not been scientifically proven. Among them are swimming, playing basketball, and jumping rope.

Efforts to optimize children’s growth must be carried out from an early age until the child reaches puberty, because the child’s height will reach its peak at the end of this period.
